Complaints and warranty
If there are defects or deficiencies in a product, you can complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies for 24 months from receipt of the product.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect – no later than two months. Contact us with a description of the defect and the order number.
