2. Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.dimsstudio.dk for delivery in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed via the online store. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Payment can be made using the standard Danish payment options at checkout.
The amount will not be charged until the item has been shipped. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark using the following shipping companies: PostNord.
Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receipt. You can notify us via email or through ourreturns portal. You then have 14 days to return the item.
After you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Returns
The item must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging may be opened but must not be damaged. Missing or damaged packaging may result in a loss of value, for which you are liable.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. You are liable for any loss of value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
When an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for the item and its condition until it is received by Dims Studio.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping can be purchased through Dims Studio. If you wish to do so, please contact us at dinna@dimsstudio.dk
The price for return shipping depends on the package’s weight, size, and the country of origin of the return.
Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, if the entire order is returned.
If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
Refunds for shipping costs do not include additional charges if you have chosen a shipping method that is more expensive than the cheapest shipping method we offer.
Refunds for shipping costs are contingent upon your notifying us within the 14-day cancellation period that you wish to return the item.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been returned.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up by the customer at a package pickup point or similar location, and the package is automatically returned to Dims Studio, the customer will be charged for the return shipping, , as well as the original delivery cost to the customer.
The amount may vary depending on the weight and size of the package, but the return shipping fee will be at least 60 DKK, . Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, size, and the country from which the item is returned.
7. Complaints and Warranty
If an item is defective or missing parts, you may file a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to file a complaint is valid for 24 months from the day you receive the item.
A defect may, for example, be a manufacturing or material defect or a significant error in the provided description of the item. Normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, or damage caused by the customer themselves is not considered a defect.
Since many of my products are handmade or hand-painted, there may be variations in color, surface, and details, which are not considered defects or flaws.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within 2 months of the defect being discovered are always considered timely. To file a complaint, please contact us via email with a description of the defect and your order number.

The item must be returned securely packaged. Damage occurring during return shipping due to insufficient or improper packaging is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by the right to return.
If the item is further damaged upon receipt due to the customer’s handling or inadequate packaging, Dims Studio reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss of value caused by the damage, including if the item can no longer be sold in the same condition as before the return.

9. Liability
Dimsen ApS cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including operating losses or lost revenue.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes between the buyer and Dimsen ApS shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by Danish courts.
