2. Data controller
Dimsen ApS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

3. Collection of personal data
We collect the following types of information:

  • Name, address, telephone number, and email address

  • Payment information

  • IP address and information about your device

  • Purchase history and preferences

  • Cookies and tracking technologies (see our privacy policy for details)

  • Photos you upload yourself to see a product in your own photo (see section 7)

4. Purpose of processing personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing of orders and delivery of goods

  • Communication regarding your order

  • Improving our online store and customer experience

  • Compliance with legislation, including accounting obligations

  • Marketing and newsletters (only with your consent)

5. Storage period
We store your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

  • Information related to purchases is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

  • Contact information for marketing purposes will be stored until you withdraw your consent.

6. Sharing of personal data
We only disclose your information to third parties when necessary:

  • Shipping companies for delivery of your order

  • Payment service providers for processing payments

  • IT and hosting providers for operating the web shop

  • Public authorities, if required by law

  • Searchmind ApS and Google when you use the feature to see the product in your own photo (see section 7)

7. See the product in your own photo (Mira)
On our product pages you can upload a photo and see the product in your photo. The feature is called Mira and is provided by Searchmind ApS.

  • What we process: the photo you upload yourself and information about the product you are viewing.

  • Purpose and legal basis: to create the visualisation you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to prevent misuse of the feature (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Who processes it: Searchmind ApS processes the photo on our behalf as a data processor. The image itself is created with Google's image model (Google Gemini), which Searchmind uses as a sub-processor. Google does not use the photo to improve its products.

  • Storage: Neither we nor Searchmind store your photo or the finished image. The image is only shown in your browser, and you decide whether to save it.

  • IP address: To limit how many images can be created per day, your IP address is used as a hash value (a code from which the address itself cannot be read). The address itself is not stored, and the code is deleted at the end of the day.

  • Statistics: We count how often the feature is shown and used, without cookies and without information that can identify you.

  • Transfers outside the EU/EEA: Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use, and preferably not photos in which other people can be recognised.

You have the following rights:

  • Right to access your information

  • Right to correct incorrect information

  • Right to erasure of data (in certain cases)

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object to processing
