We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Delivery time depends on the shipping company, but is typically 1-2 business days.

We use the following shipping companies: PostNord. The choice of shipping company depends on the delivery address and order type.

7. Delivery delays
If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Upon receipt of your package, please check the goods for damage. If the packaging is damaged, it is recommended that you refuse delivery or note the damage with the shipping company.

9. Unclaimed parcels
If a package is not picked up at the parcel shop and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the return shipment.
