This platter is hand-formed by &Klevering’s own ceramics team, meaning each plaice has slight variations in glaze and finish. The weight of the stoneware clay gives the platter stability on the table, while the relief pattern mimics the fish’s natural scales. The bright, summery glaze colors range from coral orange to light blue – a nod to both the fish’s belly and the colors of the sea. Care and Maintenance
The platter is dishwasher safe, but hand washing will extend the life of the glaze. It can be used in the microwave – however, avoid sudden temperature changes from freezer to oven.
