Wipe the terrazzo base with a damp cloth — avoid vinegar, citric acid and abrasive cleaners, as acid etches marble. Clean the mirror glass with ordinary glass cleaner.

Marble is a solid natural stone, while terrazzo consists of marble chips (or other stone fragments) mixed with binder and polished smooth. Terrazzo creates the characteristic speckled pattern, whereas marble has natural veining. Both originate from Italian stone craftsmanship.
How do you clean terrazzo without damaging the surface?
Use a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild soap with neutral pH. Avoid anything acidic — vinegar, lemon juice and limescale remover etch the marble surface and leave dull spots. Abrasive cleaners scratch the polished finish.
