This leopard figurine is produced at an Italian porcelain factory that has specialized in hand-painted full-size animal figures since the 1990s. Each piece is individually painted by the factory’s artists, meaning the spots’ placement and shading vary from figurine to figurine. The porcelain is fired at high temperatures to ensure durability, while the surface is finished with a matte glaze that gives the leopard’s coat a natural look. The figurine weighs about 8 kg and stands steadily on all four paws.
