Italian pottery pitcher in sun motif

WAUW. That's what we said the first time we saw this amazing ceramic pitcher on an inspiration trip to beautiful Sicily. The amazing ceramic pitcher has a very special shape and the most beautiful hand -painted motifs. The jug depicts a beautiful sun with face. It is very classic for pottery in Sicilian design to reflect the fascination of a lovely woman, and here is no exception. The jug is produced in bright, warm shades.  The decorative details also make it obvious as a vase or just for decoration - it is only the imagination that limits a ceramic pitcher like this one.

The jug is about 25 cm high.

At DIMS Studio we are proud to be able to add this ceramic pitcher as part of our range and large selection of Italian pottery. The jug is directly imported from Sicily to Denmark just like the rest of the handmade ceramics we import. The products come from a company controlled by the second and third generation. It makes the pottery a traditional craft that we are very fascinated by. We think a ceramic jug fits all the homes and thinks it would match our large selection of mouth -blown crystal glass and other housing decorations. The unique ceramic jug can also act as a vase, and would work perfectly with a bouquet of flowers.
