2. Application
The trading conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.dimsstudio.dk for delivery in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Order and payment
Ordering takes place via the webshop. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Payment can be made with the standard Danish payment options at checkout.
The amount is only deducted when the item has been dispatched. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT and any charges.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark with the following shipping companies: PostNord.
The delivery time is typically 1-3 working days. The shipping price is stated at checkout.
If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Right of withdrawal and right of return
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us via e-mail or in the return portal. You then have 14 days to return the item.
The item must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. The customer pays for return shipping.

Return shipping can be purchased through dims studio, if this is desired, send an email to dinna@dimsstudio.dk. The freight may fluctuate depending on weight, size and which country it is returned from.
6. Uncollected parcels
If a package is not picked up by the customer at a parcel shop or similar, and the package is automatically sent back to Dims Studio, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
The amount may vary depending on the weight and size of the package, but the return shipping will be at least DKK 50, The freight may fluctuate depending on weight, size and which country it is returned from.
7. Complaints and warranty
If there are errors or deficiencies in a product, you can complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right to complain is valid for 24 months from receipt of the item.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault - no later than two months. Contact us with a description of the error and order number.
