2. Application
Terms of trade apply to the purchase of goods at www.dimstudio.dk for delivery in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Order and payment
Ordering takes place via the webshop. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Payment can be made with the standard Danish payment options in checkout.
The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT and any charges.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark with the following shipping companies: PostNord.
The delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. The shipping price is provided at checkout.
If an item is in backorder or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.
5. The right of withdrawal and return right
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us by e-mail or in the return portal. Then you have 14 days to return the item.
The item must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. Customer pays for return shipping.

Return shipping can be purchased through DIMS Studio, if desired, an email is sent to dinna@dimstudio.dk.
6. Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up by the customer at the parcel shop or similar and the package is automatically returned to DIMS Studio, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
7. Complaints and Warranty
If there are errors or defects in an item, you can complain under the Purchase Act. The right of complaint is valid for 24 months from the receipt of the item.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the error - within two months. Contact us with a description of the error and order number.

9. Responsibility
Dims ApS cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including operating losses or lost earnings.

Any disputes between the buyer and Dimsen ApS are decided under Danish law by Danish courts.
