Payment
dims studio receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
dims studio encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

All prices include VAT and in Danish kroner.

Delivery

dims studio tries to strive for the dispatch of orders placed before kl. 15:00 (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day so that the order is delivered the next day. Orders placed after kl. 15:00 will not be sent until the next day and will be delivered on the day after the time of dispatch.
dims studio will deliver with PostNord to the recipient on the date desired in the order. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that PostNord complies with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at PostNord , this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. PostNord 's quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are average and can cover large local and time-limited variations. dims studio can not be held responsible for delays at PostNord . In case of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, gizmo will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Right of complaint
dims studio provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies, which should be discovered during the usual examination of the item, must be notified to gadgets within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit. In connection with complaint cases, dims bears the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Goods return also takes place to this address - note that we do not accept packages sent per. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing over the item in person with us in the store at Guldsmedgade 34, Aarhus.

Returns of ordered items are at your own expense. We do not have free return of goods. We recommend that you return your items with PostNord or GLS, as you can track the item here. If you use PostNord, we recommend that you choose to send it by registered mail - again so you can track the item and see how far it is.
If you have returned items by post that do not show up with us, we can not give you the amount back. Therefore, we always recommend that you send the item back with tracking, as the responsibility for this lies with either GLS or PostNord.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

In the event that the package is returned because it has not been picked up at a parcel shop, we reserve the right to set off the freight in the refund.

Refund
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods which are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price.Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and dims studio therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided per. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it within a further 14 days - you therefore have 28 days to return the item. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, the buyer has the right to return an item that has been taken into use. The buyer is, however, liable for any impairment of the item. That is, the buyer loses the purchase amount if the value of the item is impaired. We therefore do not refund the purchase amount if the buyer has actually used the item or if the item has been damaged during the buyer's custody. Eg. if the buyer has handled the item in a different way than is considered necessary to be able to try the item.
