Puzzles and card games are both things that are perfect for a cozy and relaxing pastime. Some will even call it therapeutic and it works both when you are stressed and when you are bored. If you have nothing to do at all, it is just a good activity to spend some time on. If, on the other hand, you have been driving in a slightly too high gear for a little too long, it is really relaxed for the brain with a little fun play.
